The short answer is yes. I learned a long time ago that most things are for sale...so I'm always open to a conversation.
This property is special. It was my dad's ranch before he passed away in 2011. He was a carpenter by trade and he built this house. And it's quite a house on an incredible piece of property.
Over the last 5 years, I've worked really hard to restore it. Bring it back closer to his vision. I'm proud of what we've been able to do. But the reality of the situation...I'm a widowed dad of a young man with down syndrome. A full time job! :-) So as much as I love the property and currently rent it out for short, medium, and long term rentals, it's always for sale to the right buyer at the right price.
